BTN RETURN POLICY
Houseplants can be returned within 7 days with your money back, assuming the plant is in the same condition as it was when you purchased it. We have the right to deny a return if we see that the plant has been exposed to trauma or neglect (the plant cannot be dead, dying or broken). We handpick all of our houseplants and you can assume that they are in great health.
For outdoor plants we accept returns within 3 days if the plant is still in the pot and in good health.
Pottery and other non-perishable merchandise can be returned in the same condition as at the time of purchase and with price tags on within 30 days.
